Fitzpatrick Manufacturing is a full service CNC machining company specializing in annualized blanket purchase orders and short lead time batch manufacturing.

Business Model

Our strength is a highly-developed organization, skilled, and stable work force which allows us to process blanket orders which allow us to manufacture in larger lot sizes to significantly reduce the product’s units cost. We then carry your inventory in our system and ship this inventory with flexible on-demand releases resulting in flawless on time delivery and conservation of our customer’s cash.

This Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system offers you the lowest price on machined products. Our system easily complements any JIT system. Using our VMI system it is possible to create a positive cash flow.
