Fitzpatrick Mfg. Co. has just completed the revamp of one of our divisions. During this revamp, we moved 12 machines, creating a new layout for our work cells. This layout has been optimized for material flow, ease of set up, people flow, and easy access to local prep area utilizing the latest concepts and thinking in lean management principles. This layout will allow two more machines to be added to area when the opportunity presents itself.
