At present, our facility houses 35 CNC vertical milling machines arranged in either one, two, or three machines per cell. Capacity ranges from 30" x 16" x 15" up to 50" x 20" x 25". Most machines have true 4th axis capability. Our operators regularly run two or three CNC machines simultaneously using innovative fixtures, allowing faster throughput, and resulting in lower unit costs.
