Fitzpatrick Manufacturing has 48 individual pieces of CNC Turning equipment. Our machines are arranged in unique working cells. Two of our turning machines are teamed with hydrodynamic bar feed units that allow us to feed bars directly into the machines ranging from 3/8 diameter up to 2 ½ diameter. Our machines range from 6 inch to 24 inch chucks with turning capacities of up to 82 inches between centers and up to 2000 lbs. We specialize in unique geometries such as face grooving, tapered turning, knurling, grooving, spherical radius, threading, drilling, precision turning, and boring with tolerances as close to +/- 0.0002.
