Fitzpatrick Manufacturing has developed relationships with customers and suppliers across the United States. As a result, our building was designed to efficiently service both customers and suppliers when at Fitzpatrick Manufacturing Co. We have two oversized truck wells and an indoor material receiving bay served by a 5 ton overhead gantry style crane.
It is our mission to provide the same level of attentive service to customers throughout the country as to those located in our own community. In order to equally service customers everywhere, we work very closely with several trucking companies, including both LTLs and owners / operators. This ensures that our parts arrive at your facility in the same condition as they were shipped.
Because these trucking companies are the face of our company when delivering parts to our customers, we methodically screen these firms. We evaluate the company’s image and reputation, the maintenance of their equipment, and the appearance of their tractors and trailers - because if they don’t look good, we don’t look good. We are fanatical about every single step in our process from the quoting of jobs, to the making of parts, to the delivery of those parts to our customer’s door.
