Fitzpatrick Manufacturing finished off 2011 very strong. In 2011, we purchased four new machines and underwent a major restructuring of one our internal machining divisions. This division retrofit master plan is broken up into four phases. We have completed phases 1 and 2 and will continue with phases 3 and 4 this year. This retrofit has taken all of the latest theory of lean management into consideration to develop the optimal workspace.
