On Febraury 17, 25 students from Professor Doman’s lean principles class attended a lecture at Fitzpatrick Mfg. Co. Accompanying the class to Fitzpatrick Mfg. was Dennis Wade, director of the Pawley Insitue at Oakland Univeristy. The students attended a lecture about our company and organization structure before being broken into smaller groups for a tour of our facility to see how lean principles are being deployed on our shop floor.
